Our recipes, specifically our seafood recipes are influenced by the original flavors directly from Sinaloa, Mexico.

We have converted a bus into a brand-new kitchen on wheels to serve our Salida, community with quality, authentic, fresh food that we absolutely would love to prepare for you.
